Fried Rice
Ingredients:

chicken
cornstarch
cooking oil
rice
onions
garlic
ginger
peas
corn
carrots
eggs
soysauce
The large wok configuration is used to make fried rice.  Chicken pieces are coated in cornstarch and deep fried to give the rice a crispy addition.  Remember to cook the rice at least a few hours or a day ahead and chill, otherwise the rice is too sticky.  It also helps if the rice is rinsed at least three times in cold water before cooking to remove excess starch.
