Age Dashi Tofu
Wrap firm tofu in paper towels and squeeze out as much water as possible without breaking tofu block. Cut tofu into bite sized chunks. Dredge chunks in corn starch and let sit for 10 minutes. Heat cooking oil in wok until the end of a wooden spoon dipped in oil bubbles. Fry tofu until just crispy.
